Iona Silverman

Iona Silverman is a partner in the IP & Media team at Freeths LLP. She specialises in branding and advises on trade mark registration, brand licensing and brand related litigation. She helps draft and negotiate influencer agreements, and frequently works with her clients to ensure compliance with regulations relating to influencer marketing. Iona also works with her clients on use of social media: reviewing content prior to posting, giving training on use of celebrity images and advising on social media competitions.
