Benjy Leslie

Benjy Leslie is founder and CEO of Connect Management, the UK’s fastest growing, social-first talent management agency. 

He set up the agency in Sept 2020, when he was just 21 years of age, and today leads an agency of more than 30 staff and with over 150 creators signed exclusively to Connect's books. Benjy sits on the Children in Need Commercial Advisory Board as its youngest ever member and was crowned as one of Campaign's Faces to Watch in 2022.

In under four years, Connect Management has become one of the UK’s biggest creator representation companies, working with several well-known clients such as Spotify, Amazon and PepsiCo, and boast an impressive roster of talent including BrandonB, Eurovision’s Sam Ryder and Lucy Bronze, England Lioness and EURO 2022 winner.
