Geraint advises numerous leading agencies, some of the biggest and best known brands in the world, as well as key trade bodies in the advertising, marketing and PR industries. He advises in relation to all media, including social media and all types of creative content, across a range of sectors. He provides regulatory and pre-clearance advice and is experienced in successfully defending ads and advertising campaigns from ASA complaints/investigations. Geraint also advises in relation to independent reviews of the ASA’s rulings. He deals with a range of legal and regulatory issues, including intellectual property queries (copyright, moral rights, trade marks, passing off, etc), as well as regulatory issues (such as under the CAP/BCAP Code and Consumer Protection Regulations). He also advises clients in relation to ongoing investigations by the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA).
